If I pledge, when do I get to chose my shirt(s) model?
Once the campaign is over, we will reach out to you directly to find out which shirt(s) you’d like us to ship to you. We will give backers more details about each shirt, so you can pick your favorite.

When do you take my address to ship the product(s)?
At the end of the campaign, we will collect each backer’s information, including the address. We will be shipping them with DHL, a world leading carrier company.
If you want us to send your shirt(s) to another person as a gift, let us know once we reach out to you and we will send them the package.

How can I make sure I get the right fit?
We will do our best to get you the right fit and size before we even ship the products. When the campaign is over, we will reach out to each backer to collect basic information like your usual shirt size, your height, weight and age so we can guide you in choosing the best fit for you.

What are difference between Wolper Contemporary, Tailored, and Slim fits?

CONTEMPORARY: Also called Regular fit, this is the classic loose cut for men with larger builds. Those who also prefer comfort over modern look and fit. It’s also those who put a t-shirt under their shirt, hence the magnitude necessary so as not to feel any discomfort. This is also the preferred fit for mature men who have the habit of favoring comfort and practicality over fashion.

TAILORED: This is the cut most requested by men of normal build (weight / stature ratio). It’s actually a regular but slightly fitted to establish a middle fit between slim and classic contemporary. The advantages are a more modern cut with better comfort than the Slim fit, but still for a thinner silhouette than the contemporary fit. Tailored fit has conquered the hearts of active men in a suit and tie during the day, who then take off their jacket and tie and roll up the sleeves later in the day.

SLIM: The slim fit is the preferred fit for men aware of their advantageous and balanced build. Usually, the Slim fit is for men who are athletically built. Our slim fit follows this trend but maintains a minimum of comfort. It is also generally requested by men with a slender stature, and also by younger people.

If I added the initials to my pledge, can I put someone else's initials on the shirt(s)?
You absolutely can! When the campaign is over, we will collect the information needed to get you what you want. If you added the initials to your pledge, we will ask you which initials you’d like us to embroider on the shirt(s). Whether it’s your initials or someone else’s, we can do it!

Is there a guarantee?
We offer a lifetime guarantee (as with all our products) for defective or dysfunctional elements. We make sure to put the best of the best in every single detail to make sure this is rarely an issue.

If the size is not perfect, can you change it for another size?
Yes! if the fit or size is not right after you receive you product(s), you have 14 days to exchange it.
You’ll need to cover the cost of sending back your unit to one of our local warehouses and we will pay for the second shipment (basically we divide the costs here).

What is our refund policy?
While Wolper shirts are guaranteed for life, we do not offer refunds for Kickstarter-backed products. This is because on this system we have lower margins, and we incur several expenses like Kickstarter commissions, payment processing fees, and delivery associated costs which we can’t get back. And considering the price here is at least 20% less than our normal retail price afterward, we can’t afford to offer refunds.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
